Crêperies Gourmandes

The label "Crêperies Gourmandes" was developed to form a federation of traditional specialist creperies in Britanny for both their excellent approach to quality and to promote regional products. When you choose to eat in a Crêperie Gourmande, (there are 73 Crêperies Gourmandes in Britanny) you are guaranteed:

• to be welcomed by a crêpe and galette specialist;



• to savour crêpes and buckwheat galettes made on the premises;



• to be in a crêperie which is open a minimum during 8 months in the year (with 25 weekends);




• that the crepe maker will give you information about the local and regional products (the staff receive compulsory training to be endorsed by the label).

We are fortunate to have a wonderful Crêperie which is a recognised "Crêperie Gourmande" in nearby Redon. La Crêperie "L’Akène" offers a great selection of traditional galettes and Breton beers and ciders. There is a terrace and garden and it is also listed in the Guide du Rotard.
